Q. What should I do if my tracking number says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it?
A. Once your package is released to the shipping facility it is no longer the responsibility of Shop Sheree. You will have to file a claim with the United States Postal Service to track your package and resolve your issue.
Q. How often do you update the site?
A. Our site is updated weekly.
Q. What is the return policy?
A. We do not offer returns only exchanges. We will issue a store credit that remains on file until used if the set you are returning is no longer in stock.
Q. Do you offer pick up?
A. No, we only ship.
Q. Can I add to an existing order?
A. Once an order has been placed we can not add to or edit the order.
Q. Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed if I change my mind?
A. Once an order has been placed and completed you can not cancel and have to follow the exchange policy.

A. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm EST. Emails are answered during business hours only. Please allow up to 72 hours for a reply.
